Your structure is a steel shell building kit, not a completed home. You’ll need to provide your own land and hire a licensed contractor, along with other professionals, to complete the construction process.

Our building kits include the steel frame and exterior shell components only. They do not include interior finishes such as drywall, flooring, doors, windows, fixtures, or cabinetry.

By purchasing your steel building directly from AmeriBuilt Steel Structures, you can save thousands of dollars by avoiding the typical contractor or developer markups.

1. Design
Our team helps finalize your design and ensure your building meets or exceeds local requirements.

All colors, roof styles, and panel options are selected during this stage.
2. Engineering
After your deposit is received, professionally engineered and stamped plans are created for you to submit to your local building department.

These plans confirm that your structure meets all code and safety standards.

3. manufacturing
Once full payment is made the building is carefully manufactured and painted to match your plans.

Buildings are delivered in a few weeks to your build site.
4. Assembly
If you are a skilled do it yourself builder, you can assemble your own structure using the provided plans and materials.

Many customers also choose to hire a licensed contractor for the build and licensed pros for interior work, electrical, Drywall, plumbing.

Assembly, interiors, and finishing are not included.
