About This Model
The Loft is a 20’ x 30’ compact steel home featuring 600 sq. ft. on the main floor and a 200 sq. ft. mezzanine loft, which equals a total of 800 sq. ft. of living space. This model has a modern architecture and open layout giving you the freedom for laying out your compact living.
This steel building kit blends style with functionality. The Loft offers a cozy upstairs retreat and a flexible main level that can be customized for a spacious kitchen, office nook, or open-concept living area. This can be a standalone home or added as an ADU. Stamped engineering plans are always included and are specific to your county building code requirements.

Our building kits include the steel frame and exterior shell components only. They do not include interior finishes such as drywall, flooring, doors, windows, fixtures, or cabinetry.
By purchasing your steel building directly from AmeriBuilt Steel Structures, you can save thousands of dollars by avoiding the typical contractor or developer markups.
