Delivery
Your Building,
Delivered to Your Property.
What to Expect on Delivery Day
Once your building is manufactured and ready to ship, it's loaded onto a flatbed freight truck and delivered directly to your site — free of charge, anywhere in the US.
Lead times start at around 3 weeks from order confirmation, though during high demand periods it may take longer. Your rep will keep you updated on timing throughout the process.
Before your delivery date, a driver will contact you to verify site access. This is an important step — please make sure your property is ready to receive a large flatbed truck before that call.
If you're building in a rural area or on land that's still being cleared and prepped, please keep access in mind from day one. The delivery truck will need cleared, passable roads to reach your property and a safe area to turn around. In cases where the property is not yet accessible, deliveries have been made to the side of the road — so having your site as ready as possible before delivery day is important.
From Order to On-Site
Your deposit is placed and your building enters our production queue. Your rep will give you an estimated ship date based on current lead times.
Every component is custom cut, drilled, and labeled at the factory specifically for your building. No generic kits — yours is built to your dimensions.
Before dispatch, your delivery driver may reach out to confirm your property is accessible — road clearance, turning space, and a safe unloading area.
Your building arrives on a flatbed freight truck, fully packaged and labeled. Everything you need to build is on that truck.
With your materials on site and your stamped engineering plans in hand, you're ready to start assembly — DIY or with your contractor.
Make Sure Your Site Is Ready
A little preparation goes a long way. Here's what to have in place before your delivery date.
Your delivery truck is a full-size flatbed. Roads leading to your site must be passable and wide enough to accommodate it — including any turns or gates.
The driver needs a safe area to turn the truck around on or near your property. If your site is at the end of a long private drive, plan for this in advance.
Have a clear, flat area ready where materials can be staged after unloading. Keeping components organized from day one makes assembly much smoother.
Your driver may call ahead to confirm access. Having your site ready before your expected delivery window is always a good idea.
