The Everstead is a two story tiny steel home at 408 square feet across a 34 x 20 footprint. The main floor handles day-to-day living — kitchen, bathroom, living area — while the upper loft adds a cozy sleeping space or storage area above.
Unlike a towable tiny home, the Everstead is assembled on a permanent foundation on your property. That means wider rooms, higher ceilings, and a layout that doesn't feel like an RV. It comes with stamped engineering plans specific to your county's requirements, so the permit process is straightforward.
