The Fieldstone is a two story barndominium at 2,160 square feet across a 32 x 45 footprint. The main floor gives you 1,440 square feet of open living space with a 720 square foot mezzanine above — room for bedrooms, a home office, or whatever the second floor needs to be for your family.
A covered front porch and rear patio are part of the standard design, giving you outdoor living on both ends of the home without adding to the footprint.
The gable end roofline keeps the silhouette clean and the interior height generous, making the space feel larger than the square footage suggests.
